The project brief was to research two artists or designers and create a packaging design that fuses together the two different styles. Given one designer to start with - Coco Chanel, I found myself inspired by one of the most internationally renowned artists - Katsushika Hokusai. I liked that his work mainly focuses on landscapes, plants, and animals and this inspired me to connect Chanel’s brand with nature.
